HR cum Admin Assistant (Junior Executive)
Responsibilities
- Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
- Update and maintain proper records of existing employees’ information.
- Managing on-boarding & off-boarding processes for employees.
- Training registration, administration of employee training records.
- Update HR-related SOPs & prepare HR letter.
- Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports & surveys.
- Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
- Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.
Requirements
- Willing to learn new things.
- Immediate start work.
- Singaporean / PR.
- 2 years experience.
