HR cum Admin Assistant (Junior Executive)

Responsibilities

  • Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
  • Update and maintain proper records of existing employees’ information.
  • Managing on-boarding & off-boarding processes for employees.
  • Training registration, administration of employee training records.
  • Update HR-related SOPs & prepare HR letter.
  • Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports & surveys.
  • Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
  • Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.

Requirements

  • Willing to learn new things.
  • Immediate start work.
  • Singaporean / PR.
  • 2 years experience.
